Soothe Magnesium Body Butter

Soothe Magnesium body butter is a thick luxurious cream made with added magnesium oil, to help soothe sore muscles, aches and pains. This restorative triple butter blend (Shea, Kokum and Mango) with added Arnica oil and Lavender promotes tranquility and rest. 

Magnesium is a trace mineral that is essential for hundreds of biochemical reactions in our bodies, including muscle and nerve function, blood glucose control, blood pressure regulation, and healthy brain development. Magnesium deficiencies can show up in the form of headaches, sleeplessness, fatigue, leg cramps, and muscle spasms or soreness.

One effective way to help combat magnesium deficiency is through skin absorption, or "transdermally".  Topical Magnesium sprays or lotions are often applied before bed to help relax the body for a good night's sleep. 

TO USE: Apply lotion onto areas of pain or tension after a warm evening shower for a good night's sleep! For muscle cramps, apply directly on problem area and massage the area well to assist with absorption and help loosen muscles. Take your time massaging problem spots for best absorption. When using Magnesium products, you may experience tingling sensations, which are generally temporary.
