Magnesium is a trace mineral that is essential for hundreds of biochemical reactions in our bodies, including muscle and nerve function, blood glucose control, blood pressure regulation, and healthy brain development. Magnesium deficiencies can show up in the form of headaches, sleeplessness, fatigue, leg cramps, and muscle spasms or soreness.
One effective way to help combat magnesium deficiency is through skin absorption, or "transdermally". Topical Magnesium sprays or lotions are often applied before bed to help relax the body for a good night's sleep.
TO USE: Shake well. Spray 1-2 pumps on stomach, back, legs, or bottoms of feet 1-2x daily. For muscle cramps, spray directly on problem area and massage the area well to assist with absorption. When using Magnesium products, you may experience tingling sensations, which are generally temporary. Wipe off after 10 minutes if not tolerating well, however tolerance tends to improve with regular use.
